Retrieve the WHOIS record of a domain

Added support for IDN domains (Internationalized domain name). When you type a domain name with non-English characters, WhoisThisDomain automatically converts it to its Ascii form and then submit it to the WHOIS server. This feature requires Windows XP/SP2 or later.
