Ribbon Hero 2 is a game that teaches you how to use Office 2007 and 2010, which introduced a new interface to the suite of apps.
Many people find moving to the newer versions of Office daunting, as the 'Ribbon' interface is a huge change. If you are one of those people, Ribbon Hero 2 is a fun way to get comfortable. The learning game features the retired Microsoft helper Clippy, who used to appear in Office. Now he's back with a stolen time machine that will take you on a journey while teaching you the basics of the Ribbon interface.
Ribbon Hero 2 adds a game button to Office, and when clicked opens up a panel that leads to challenges, and shows you the comic strip story of Clippy's adventure. Even if you find Clippy annoying, Ribbon Hero 2 is actually a really neat way to learn how to use the Office suite, especially for anyone who's not really comfortable with computers. There is a hint button in the game so you'll never get stuck, although you lose points if you use it!
