I was particularly impressed by the menu templates in ImTOO DVD Creator. There's a decent range of attractive DVD interfaces to choose from, and these are all highly customizable.

You can add as many videos as you want, or fit into your DVD using ImTOO DVD Creator. Then just press the big burning disk button to start recording. Bear in mind though that the trial version will add a watermark.
