Detection is done best when connected to the internet. If you’re not ghost hunting, you can read its guide on the different types of supernatural entities — from historical ghosts to elementals. 

Unfortunately, Paranormal Ghost Detector comes with glaring issues. It crashes frequently and the screen freezes when viewing the guide. If you’re in the market for options, you can try Ghost Detector Pro and Ghost Camera (Ghost Detector / Spirit Detector).

Hunt supernatural entities

If you love ghost hunting and want to expand your knowledge of the paranormal world, check out Paranormal Ghost Detector. By tapping the power button in the middle of the screen, you can activate the radar and detect the presence of ghosts near you. It also includes a ghost guide on the various types of supernatural entities such as elementals, historical ghosts, and poltergeists.

Some of the descriptions — though informative — can be broken down into shorter sentences or separate paragraphs for better readability. You can access the guide by tapping the book icon on the left side of the screen. You can tap Purchase PRO Version on the topmost part of the screen. However, it will redirect you to an error page. Then, you have the gear icon on the right side of the screen. 

Here, you can disable sounds and Display User On Radar. Its user interface evokes a witchy vibe, which suits the app. In addition, it frequently crashes, which makes it unusable. However, reinstallation won’t prevent it from crashing. The screen also freezes when viewing the guide, though it happens rarely. To fix the screen freezing issue, you need to force close the app.

Paranormal Ghost Detector allows you to detect supernatural entities with ease. It includes a guide for learning about the different types of ghosts. However, the app is far from great. With screen freezes and frequent crashes, it becomes unusable. Unfortunately, reinstallation won’t solve the crashes, though force closing it can prevent screen freezes. On the bright side, its ghost guide and witchy user interface are its noteworthy features.
